About Keeyonia T.

Keeyonia T. is the CEO and Founder of Libra Heart LLC. She is a Mind Shift Coach, who believes in guiding her clients towards discovering their own inner strength in an effort to help them live in their own and true authenticity. She believes in order to become the best version of yourself, you have to first "understand your place in the process so that you don't misplace your progress" which is the core value of which Libra Heart was founded. She is dedicated to helping you understand what it is that you want and need to accomplish on your self-care and self-healing journey.

Keeyonia T is a mother to two handsome and charming young men, who have supported her journey since the beginning. She is a retired Army veteran with over 21 years of service with a background in instructing, leadership, counseling, mentorship and facilitating which allows her to provide a holistic approach to coaching and speaking. She has been certified as a Life Coach for over 3 years but have been coaching and mentoring clients (women specifically) from all walks of life for most if not all of her adult career.

Keeyonia T.'s ultimate goal with Libra Heart is to help her clients gain self-awareness and to take control of their current lifestyle, become responsible for their personal development, and help them shift their minds to become a better version of themselves. She has an unconventional approach to coaching that allows her to reach her clients where they are in order to get them where they want to be. She is full of love, passion and a strong desire to see her clients living in their best and full authenticity regardless of what the world tells them that looks like.
